OpenTopography Short Courses in Mexico

Over the next 2.5 weeks, OpenTopography will be participating in two short courses in Mexico - one at National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico), Mexico City, Mexico, and the other at CICESE (Centro de Investigacion Cientifica y de Educacion Superior de Ensenada), Ensenada, Baja.

The first short course, March 22-23, 2015 - Lidar Derived DEMs applied to Landslide, Fault, Earthquake Rupture, and Landscape Changes - is lead by OpenTopography and will be hosted by UNAM with support from CONACYT- INEGI. Agenda and course materials will be available online via the short course webpage.

The second course will be April 8-10, 2015 at CICESE: Taller sobre nubes de puntos y aplicaciones en ciencia ("Workshop on point clouds and applications in science"). OpenTopography will present alongside Martin Isenburg, creator of LAStools and Daniel Girardeau-Montaut, creator of CloudCompare, among others. This course is organized by Dr. Alejandro Hinojosa from CICESE.
